Updates since dunno when… :P

It’s really been quite a while since I last updated my blog. Many things have happened actually, and I’ve been really kinda busy (and lazy too ) to update it. So bear with me if this post is kinda long.

First thing, and also the most important thing to me, would be that we are finally together after all the things that happened. After 2 agonising months of waiting and guessing and not knowing what to expect, I’m finally attached to that same girl who gives me so much laughter and heartaches at the same time. We are actually together for about a month already, and all I can say is that this past month is really blissful and blessed. We sorted out issues that we had, and we are open to each other about how we feel and what problems that we may possibly have. And God really showed us how we should deal with this newfound commitment in our lives and how this relationship should proceed. To put things simply, both of us have talked and have decided to be committed to this relationship and to do all we can to sustain it. You may feel that it’s a bit too systematic and that relationships shouldn’t be like this but both of us feel that it’s actually better this way. We can’t always let our feelings take charge even if it’s regarding matters of the heart, isn’t it? Otherwise we’d be liking every other pretty girl or boy that comes along our way. Therefore, everything is really nice and going (lol) except for one thing: she’s in Bangkok now and I’m really missing her. Oh well, at least she’s coming back soon.

As for work, I’m still working as an outdoor camp instructor and still doing camps like nobody’s business, doing as much as possible so that I can earn as much as possible. lol. Anyway, I wanted to change jobs cos I was really kinda tired with camps and the pay is, well, not really that much. However, after thinking for a bit, I realised that I really like this job and that I find satisfaction in seeing the happy smiles on the kids’ faces and knowing when they have learnt something from me. And it is exactly because of this that i’m still in this line. Anyway, I’m going to uni real soon so I don’t really have that much camps to do anyway.

Speaking about that, I finally received my Freshman package from NUS. And all I can say is, I’m confused. There’s so many things to read and so much info to absorb! Looks like I’m going to spend one whole day doing that to make sure I don’t miss out anything. Lol. Hopefully I can adjust back to study life quick so that I won’t really lose out or anything. I’m just leaving everything in His hands. can’t wait to go back to studies actually. Who knows what experience I’ll have?
